Tale of Puppetboy

Puppetboy (Dockpojken) is a little clay figure from the animated series “The Tale of Little Puppetboy” (”Sagan om den lille Dockpojken”). He is also appearing in the live action short film called simply “Puppetboy” (”Dockpojken”). That film is now being developed into a full length feature. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

“The Tale of Little Puppetboy” consists of a couple of five minutes short chapters. A few of them have been exhibited at some gallery shows, f.x Moderna Muséet (Museum of Modern Art, Stockholm, 2008), Aura (Lund, 2007), Röda Sten (Gothenburg, 2006) Yeans (Gothenburg, 2005). At the 2008 Cannes festival, Directors´ Fortnight section, the three first chapters were shown. All four chapters have been shown at f.x Annecy (2009). It has gained a lot of international attention and numerous awards. Puppetboy in Cannes
“The Tale of Little Puppetboy” was shown at the 2008 Cannes Festival in the Directors´ Fortnight section. Puppetboy was there in person to present the movie.
